Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 3 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation requests may not be entertained, or a cancellation fee of 2% (gateway charges) may apply.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds.

Cancellation Due to Payment Issues

If we are unable to verify payment or encounter issues with your payment method, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of the cancellation and advised on how to resolve the payment issue.

Cancellation by Magnificette

We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
